When purchasing digital materials on pdVerse, you are required to provide a valid, accessible email address. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address entered, as digital download links, access tokens, and purchase receipts are sent electronically to that address.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices for individual chapters and comprehensive ebook bundles are clearly listed on the respective product and catalog pages. We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or bundle configurations at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

5. Payment Processing

Payments on pdVerse are processed through authorized and secure third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay. By submitting a payment, you authorize the payment gateway to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

pdVerse does not collect, store, or process full credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are handled directly by the payment provider under its own security and compliance standards.

6. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically upon successful verification of payment. Delivery methods include:

• Immediate online access/download token presented on the payment confirmation screen.
• An automated order confirmation email containing your direct digital download link.

If you experience any delay or difficulty receiving your digital product after payment completion, please contact our support team at support@pdverse.net with your payment/order details for prompt assistance.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on pdVerse—including but not limited to ebook text, explanations, diagrams, code examples, SDC command breakdowns, design layouts, graphics, and website code—is the proprietary intellectual property of pdVerse and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase an ebook or chapter on pdVerse, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, individual educational and reference use only.

9. Prohibited Redistribution & Commercial Restrictions

To protect our intellectual property and the integrity of our educational content, customers and visitors are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing, re-selling, renting, leasing, or sub-licensing any purchased digital ebook or excerpt thereof.
• Uploading or sharing pdVerse ebooks on public file-sharing websites, cloud drives, forums, social networks, or torrent repositories.
• Sharing personal access tokens or direct download links with third parties.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, removing copyright notices, or creating derivative works based on pdVerse materials for public or commercial distribution.
• Using automated scraping, crawling, or data-extraction tools on our website without prior written consent.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate revocation of access and legal action under applicable copyright laws.
